Bethenny Frankel Selling “Morning Glory House” in the Hamptons

Did you catch the Halloween costume-party episode of The Real Housewives of New York? If you did, you probably remember Bethenny Frankel and Ramona Singer getting into a heated argument over real estate. I think this house is the one they were arguing about. Ramona implied it wasn’t as good an investment as Bethenny thought, and even though no one turned a table over or anything, it got weirdly intense.

Bethenny bought this historic “Morning Glory House” on Montauk Highway last year. She fixed it up a bit, did some redecorating, and is now selling for about a million more than she paid in 2017. Take a look!

Frankel paid around $2m for it last year. It’s now on the market for close to $3m with agent Caroline Sarraf.

My parents actually did that a few years ago, buying a fully furnished house. They sold almost everything they had and started fresh. It made the move pretty easy, that’s for sure!

It’s no secret Bethenny Frankel has struggled with relationships. She even wrote a book about it, called I Suck at Relationships So You Don’t Have To (Amazon affiliate link):

She seems to be doing fine when it comes to real estate, though! Here’s the back of the house today:

The listing says:

In the garden is a generous lawn, a heated Gunite pool, stone patio, extra large alfresco dining area and more than plenty lounge areas to soak in the sun or relax in the shade.

The Morning Glory House is located only 2 tenths mile from the Bridgehampton Monument, which was erected in the same year as this home, and the many stylish shops, numerous gourmet food markets and restaurants, library, and wellness and salon establishments, which make Bridgehampton a world-class seaside destination.
