The Kansas City Association of REALTORS (KCRAR) has represented the rights of real estate agents and private property owners since the Metropolitan Kansas City Board of REALTORS in Missouri merged with the Johnson County Board of REALTORS in Kansas in 2001. The organization provides a depth of professional resources to members, including educational classes offered throughout the year.
KCRAR has announced the Stellar Seller Services educational session for June 26 at the KCRAR Classroom in Leawood, Kansas. The session will assist real estate professionals in communicating with sellers and effectively bringing a seller’s listing to market. The class will examine engaging with a seller from a variety of angles, including how to stand apart from other agents when attempting to acquire a listing. Stellar Seller Services will also provide insight into how to best handle an acquired listing, from developing a marketing plan that plays to the strengths of the listing to tips for proactive management of a new listing.
