If you love going to school and want to continue growing skills with more education can take you beyond real estate, then you may consider the opportunity of working as a real estate attorney. Now you may not be directly responsible for putting up the property for sale signs but you will get to practice in a lot of different areas. You could become an advocate for the rights of tenants or provide consul services before a big real estate transaction happens.
