Average home prices in Moore Pond leap around quite often due to low liquidity (few sales each year). A large house has started the year off and so the “average” is crazy high right now. It will come down as more sales are posted.

Home sales activity for Moore Pond is consistent with what we have seen for the past fifteen years, though the buyer pool has strengthened. There is a strong demand for luxury homes in Tallahassee, and properly marketed homes are selling. Currently, there are two homes for sale in Moore Pond and neither one is under contract.
