Lakeshore Estates Average Home Prices

Average home prices in Lakeshore Estates have tumbled from the record-high set just last year. Several homes in below-market condition were sold and have brought down the average price here.

Average prices can be complicated in neighborhoods with older homes, as they exist in all different stages of updates and modifications. Older homes that were recently renovated can sell for new homes that are outdated. The key for sellers and buyers is to work with a market expert to get the best deal.

Home sales activity remains strong in Lakeshore Estates. Currently, there are six homes for sale in Lakeshore Estates and two of them are already under contract. It remains a strong sellers’ market right now for Lakeshore Estates and those that are marketed correctly should sell immediately.

Lakeshore Estates Average Home Values

Average home values have plummeted since April.

The average home value in Lakeshore Estates in 2019 has dropped significantly in the past quarter, down to $115 per square foot. Much of this is due to four low-valued sales, including one that “was dumped” for just $21 per square foot. Expect to a reversal in fortunes as more homes are sold during the remainder of the year.
