Our audience is keen to learn from the stories of entrepreneurs. Tell us in detail about yourself what kind of business do you run.
Where do I start? Well, first and foremost I am a mother of a robust and amazing 3-year-old. Secondly, I am a wife and thirdly I am a serial entrepreneur. I have several businesses however right now my major focus is Credit Repair and real estate. I am a Realtor here in the South Florida Market and the Owner of Credit Alchemy. Credit Alchemy is a credit repair powerhouse, we specialize in aggressive credit repair and restoration on the personal side and we cater to budding entrepreneurs and established businesses guiding them through the process of obtaining business credit. I decided to embark on these two businesses to combine them, Real Estate and credit repair. They go hand in hand. There are millions of people suffering from bad or underdeveloped credit, holding back their dreams of becoming homeowners and starting businesses. I wanted to bridge that gap and create an avenue where I can help with both. Helping people clean up their financial situations and then create wealth for themselves.
In detail, tell us about your journey behind creating this valuable brand.
The Journey started from my own experiences, dealing with awful credit. Once I was on the side of the many people that I have helped and led to financial freedom so I know first hand the struggle. I would get denied for everything and the number of finance charges was just unbearable. Not to mention all the fake credit repair companies that exist, their only interest is to collect large amounts of money from you and do absolutely nothing. I decided to take action after my daughter was born and take the lead in bettering myself. My best friend and I took an intensive week-long boot camp and became certified credit repair specialists, learning everything about the industry. We then took that knowledge paired with trial and error from our own efforts and came up with a more thorough and expedited process.
Your story is something many readers would love to relate to. Now go in detail and tell us how your company works.
Credit Alchemy is set apart from all the others. We guarantee movement within 2 weeks. We have an aggressive approach where our clients have received results in less than 30 days. We chose to implement this expedited approach because as a realtor I want my clients to get to the closing table sooner than later.
What challenges did you face while creating your brand? What are the challenges you go through on an everyday basis?
Finding the right team members. You are only as good as our team. Also creating a process. I had to implement a process, customers flood in like crazy, you’d be surprised at how many people need help. Without a process, things can and will pile up. We had to put certain things in place to maintain efficiency. This meant hiring more people to do the processing and training of new agents.
What is your future vision and how do you wish to take your success to the next level? We want to expand.
We want to help more people. We have created a program that allows others to build their own credit repair business by becoming agents through us. With that, we are able to hire and train more agents in other places and connect with different people all over the United States!
How do you deal with stress, work pressure on a day to day basis?
Going back to having systems and processes in place, I definitely take time to meditate and prayer is a big part of my life. Over the years I have learned that I cannot control everything nor will I understand everything so therefore I have found peace with just that.
What advice would you like to give to someone who has a dream of creating something of his own and make a living through it?
Research and know everything about your industry. Know the patterns, the low times and the high times, it will make budgeting a lot easier for you. It’s also imperative to have the right people around you. The wrong mindsets surrounding you could bring you down before you even had a chance to build up! Lastly, build your business credit early on in the game! Separating your business credit from your personal credit will create a very fruitful avenue for funding later on in your business.
