Paul Manafort (Trump’s disgraced ex-campaign chairman) former condominium, now in foreclosure and is listed with Sue Goodhart with Compass Real Estate for $3.2 million. In 2017, it was there at Manafort’s condo; a raid was conducted by FBI agents during the early morning hours. The FBI was looking for documents and other possible evidence related to the alleged Russian meddling during the election in 2016.
Paul Manaforts’ seized and foreclosed condo is larger than the average home in the United States. The condo is 2,779 sq ft and has three bedrooms. Paul Manafort’s foreclosed condo is located in The Oronoco, a luxury condominium five-story building near the Potomac River in the Old Town area of Alexandria, Virginia.
Benjamin Ross Testimonials
Ben is highly knowledgeable and an expert at what he does. I had a good and easy experience when going through the purchasing process. If I had any questions, he was always there and took his time to explain everything I needed to know. Ben made me feel very comfortable with the process of buying a home because he was very courteous and easy to talk to. Ben worked very hard to help us get the property we were interested in. I highly recommend Ben if you are buying or selling a home. He will go above and beyond to help you.

Paul Manafort, who is now serving a prison sentence, and Kathleen Manafort, his wife, lost the condo to foreclosure earlier this year. Federal Saving Bank now owns the condo. FSB is the Chicago-area bank that was brought up during Paul Manafort’s trial in 2018 for bank and tax fraud. In May, Stephen Calk, the bank’s former CEO, pleaded not guilty after being charged by prosecutors with providing mortgages for Manafort in exchange for a potential high-ranking job in the Trump administration.
This condo will always have a piece of history tied to it. What will that do for its value, only time will tell? What I can say is the condo appears to be somewhat unimpressive, especially when you compare it to Paul Manaforts ex-boss, Donald Trump’s tastes. The condo does boast nice views of the Potomac River through its’ over-sized windows.
The narrow kitchen displays cherry cabinets and quartz counter-tops. The kitchen also contains a sub-zero refrigerator and Wolf cook-top.
While standing at the kitchen sink, Manafort could look out into the living room, giving this condo the open concept.
The home office is decorated with a wall of cherry custom cabinets and bookcases. Manaforts’ home office was searched extensively by the agents of the FBI looking for evidence tying Manafort to Russia.
The master bedroom suite has a large open roomy feel to it with a beautiful chandelier and oversized windows. I am sure Manafort impressed his family and friends by the views from his private balcony off the master bedroom. The double-walk-in closets I sure would be suitable for any successful business person. A glass-enclosed steam shower awaits in the master bathroom, giving a sense of luxury.
The condominium building itself, has a heated pool and gym as well as a dog washing station, porter, and a concierge.
Manfort spent his time under house arrest at this condo before the judge sentenced him to jail. The prosecutors were able to show evidence of witness tampering. While Manafort was under house arrest and confined to The Oronoco, Paul Manafort sent an apology to his neighbors blaming Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the press for his unfortunate situation. One can’t help but wonder how he felt living in his multi-million dollar prison. Though I am sure it was far better than his current living conditions.
