Simply by getting up 15 minutes earlier every day, you will have the time to say ‘I am happy to be ALIVE’ give time to yourself to relax, enjoy lovely hot tea or coffee with full satisfying breakfast and simply gaze into your imagination enjoying what you’re looked forward to.

You be able to encourage a positive mental attitude by always providing something fresh in your life. As a youngster, your curiosity led you to explore and learn. Recapture that feeling now by taking a class, studying a new language, learning to cook or anything that will interests you.
Arrive at a list of the favorable aspects in your life. Include your accomplishments. If you are a humorous person, put that on the list. Read the list once you require a mental boost. Help other people. Lending a helping hand to those in need makes you feel needed and worthwhile. Make it a habit to volunteer for charitable organisations, otherwise you can set up certain percentages of your balance to go out to your chosen charity each month. These are the things that allow you to be grateful for the blessing you have and helps help sustain a good mental attitude.
