Sunday, October 21 — PEACE beach clean-up. Meet at 8:30 for an hour or two at the north side of the mouth of Rìo Cuale where the beach access is by the “sails.” Bags and gloves provided. Location may change if beach is clean.
Tuesday, October 23 — Please help put some pesos in the “kitty” by joining winter Kitty BINGO on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 6 pm at Nacho Daddy located at Basilio Badillo #180 on Vallarta’s South Side.

Wednesday, October 24 — Every Wednesday evening the main street in Puerto Vallarta, Medina Asencio Boulevard, is closed from the whale sculpture at Plaza Neptune in Marina Vallarta to the arches on the Malecón for cycling. Bicycle past the Vallarta Marina, the Salado Estuary,the Pitillal River, the Hotel Zone, into the downtown center and then to the Malecon. Just show up on Wednesday at 8:40 pm at the entrance to Marina Vallarta for the “Night Bike Ride” and discover another side of Vallarta. Don´t forget you helmet and gloves!
Thursday, October 25 — The Tianguis (open-air market) is held from 8:00 am — 1:00 pm around the La Peñita Plaza, one hour north of Vallarta. It is “the” place to shop for silver and handmade jewelry, tablecloths and linens, glassware, Talavera plates, Huichol Indian artwork and Oaxacan rugs. You will also find fresh fruits and veggies, homemade breads, and locally-produced honey and coffee beans.
Friday, October 26 — Enjoy a fantastic — and free — Pre-Hispanic Dance Performance at Parque Hidalgo. Shows start at 8 pm.
