The new Disney College Program housing is being built at Flamingo Crossings Village.
Disney is creating a new housing development for its Disney College Program. Although the current Disney College Program was unexpectedly cut short due to COVID-19 (the coronavirus pandemic). However, Disney is still planning on doing the construction for the new development.
The new site plan for future Disney College Program members is being built in the Flamingo Crossings area. The project reportedly costs $630 million. The campus will have more than 10,000 beds, two community centers, resort-style pools, a fitness center, a Disney education center, and more.
The massive project will be officially completed in 2023. There will also be surface parking for over 5,000 cars. Now let’s check out some concept art for the East Campus Community Center.
Here is the concept art for the East Campus pool. Which was slated to be finished by summer but it will be likely delayed due to current events. The pool has a sleek modern design.

Disney is putting in quite the investment for the Disney College Program. The East Campus is expected to be done by the Summer term. Yet there is a possibility that the finished construction date could be delayed due to COVID-19. The West Campus probably won’t be finished for a while.
